The Cavity Bat is an enemy in the mouth. They are hidden inside some of the irregular teeth. When Ned passes under their hiding places, they jump out of their hiding to "put the bite" on him. A way to spot them when they are still in the tooth is when the X-ray vision comes on. When you can see their skeletons, jump under the tooth they are hiding in to dodge them.
