The Fairy Godmother Gingivitis is a character that appears on The Mouth portion of the Medical Nightmare. She is not an enemy, though, since she helps Ned by giving him the Toxic Breath power-up, the only thing that can defeat the Doctor Shots.
Fairy Godmother Gingivitis would re-appear (although in different-colored clothes and redesigned with blue skin) on the Nightmare Ned TV series as the Tooth Fairy in the episode "Tooth or Consequences".
