The Pipe-cleaner Skeleton or Paper Plate Monster is an enemy fought in The Locker. It is a skeleton made of white pipe-cleaners and a paper plate for the head.
Ned has to hit the yarn spool to stun it. When defeated, it turns into a bunch of clouds.

Eye Poke - Poke Ned's eye if he gets too close.
Pipe-cleaner Whip - Takes off a large pipe-cleaner and whips it at Ned's feet, tripping him.
Cotton Ball Summon - Puts a cotton ball on Ned's head like an Afro, making him wobble.

- Compared to Ned's other crafts, It is the largest boss fought in the Locker.
- It may be a parody of Jack Skellington from Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, as it is encountered in a Christmas-themed diorama.
