Surgeon

Surgeons are deformed medicians that appear on the first part of the Medical Nightmare. They cannot be defeated, only avoided. If Ned is hit by one, they will take an organ away from him and will need to get it back in the minigame. The more Ned is hit by them, the more organs he will need to get back. When the gurney is in the high position, the short doctors can't get at Ned; when the gurney is in the low position, the tall doctors can't get at him.
